Trey's legacy
An Eternal Impact
Trey Watry spent his life pointing people toward Christ. From a very young age he carried a heart for the lost and a willingness to serve that outpaced his years — and the people he reached still carry that influence forward today.
In his honor, Wedgefield University for Kids established the Trey Watry Memorial Scholarship Fund to keep his mission moving. The fund exists for one purpose: making sure a child's financial circumstances, or the loss of a parent, never stand between them and a Christ-centered education.
Every gift becomes tuition assistance for a real student here at WU4K — often a child who has lost a parent, or a family working through genuine hardship. It's a small, steady way of continuing what Trey spent his life planting.
What a Scholarship Makes Possible
Tuition, covered
Gifts go directly toward tuition assistance for orphaned and financially disadvantaged students enrolled at WU4K.
A Christian foundation
Every recipient learns in a Christ-centered classroom, alongside teachers and mentors who know their story.
A place to belong
For a child who has lost a parent or is facing hardship at home, this fund can mean stability, community, and hope.
